It’s surprising to see the downfall of Chelsea under Mourinho when their former boss Ranieri who laid the initial foundation of Roman era surging heights. The same team which won domestic double in 2014-15 season is now only a fewer points away from the relegation spot. With the same squad boosted by the arrival of Pedro from Barcelona its shocking to see their fortune turned upside down this season. Roman Abrahamovic who is usually impatient with managers gave mourinho a little bit added time to turn the things around. But at last it happened – Mourinho was sacked for the second time by the same owner in the same team. Considered as favourites to retain the title and with pundits suggesting Mourinho is building a dynasty for the coming decades, the downfall was scorching like the ancient mighty city of Pompei was destroyed in a single night.
