The tall English goalkeeper is the only player in this list to have played for five different Premier League teams. He had featured for Liverpool, Aston Villa, West Ham United, Manchester City, and Portsmouth. He is also the fourth in the all-time Premier league appearances chart, with 572 appearances.
He began his celebrated career in 1992 with Liverpool for who, he made 212 appearances. He enjoyed 18 years in the top flight before curtaining from Premier League at Portsmouth. He became the oldest player to feature in an FA Cup final, in 2010.
He also performed for England National team from 1997 to 2010. David James experienced a short spell in India with Kerala Blasters, as a player-cum-coach and helped Kerala Blasters to reach the final of Indian Super League 2014.
