The man who tops our list is Danish striker Poul Nielsen. With an astonishing goals/game ratio of 1.37, Nielsen was the prime source of goal for his national team throughout his career. He is the joint all-time top scorer for Denmark in internationals and he scored those goals with a great deal of consistency. He also led his team to a silver medal in the 1912 Summer Olympics and is still a huge figure in Danish football history.
