9. Arjen Robben (Netherlands) – 30.4 km/hr
Remember the solo goal Robben scored in the 2015 World Cup when Netherlands routed Spain? That goal gained him another feather in Robben’s cap as it was the quickest dash in World Cup history, which resulted in a goal. Though he had received critics for making selfish runs, it is not reasonable to allege him for that since the runs are unbeaten.
Robben’s pace and dribbling skills were pivotal for Chelsea in their title winning campaigns in 2005 and 2006. He was similarly effervescent in making quick runs for Real Madrid as well. However, he joined Bayern Munich in 2009 after a two-year spell at Santiago Bernabeu.
