1. Antonio Valencia (Equador) – 35.1 km/hr
The Manchester United winger may have surprised even the greatest of United fans by coming out on the top of this list. The Ecuadorian has posed a great threat for defenders with his brisk pace and has been decisive in the Manchester United counter-attacks.
Valencia joined Manchester United in 2007, after having a string of impressive performances for Wigan Athletic. Since joining United, he has made 166 appearances for the club and was also honoured with Manchester United’s ‘Player of the season’ credit in the 2011-12 season.
However, with Ashley Young thriving under Van Gaal, Valencia’s chances to replicate the form of previous seasons has fainted. He has only made 6 Premier League appearances for the club this season.
