4. Shikhar Dhawan (SRH) – 501 runs
Shikhar Dhawan didn’t enter the tournament in the best of forms and was seen struggling in the early phase of the season. But the left-hander showed persistence with the bat and took the hard yards to get back in touch. And how beautifully the Indian opener fared for the champion side in the latter stages shows his mettle. Dhawan blasted 501 runs in 17 innings at a remarkable average of 38. Dhawan’s regain in form is a very good sign for the national side, as we all are well acquainted with his ability to win matches, on his day.
